Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of sexual products that we sell, item sold is strictly not refundable or exchangeable due to health risks involved.
However ,WE WARRANT YOU FOR 3 DAYS AFTER PARCEL RECEIVED ( except Lelo brand products has 3 months & Picobong brand products has 1 month warranty)

Exceptions :
When you receive your parcel, do an immediate check on product received to make sure product is functioning. Returns is allowed for reasons stated as below :
1. Malfunction products
: Locate newly bought batteries correctly according signage stated and test. We did quality check before deliver. However, malfunction maybe happen during shipment or some other reasons.
2. Defective product : You may find it was torn, flaw or deficiency on the product. However, GUGUTOY reserves the rights not to make an exchange for a small or not serious – defective product. Our judgement is professional. We strive the best to service you.
3. Shipping errors : You may receive wrong parcel or items during shipment error made by us (seldom case). We apologize for the inconvenience caused if this is happening. Please contact us immediately.

Malfunction products : Call us or email us, we will do our best guide to you use the correct way to activate the item.

Retour & Undeliverable Parcels
Parcels that are retoured to us by courier centre as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information registered by customer or parcel refused by customer upon delivery are subject to a full amount of postage fee according to registered address for a redeliver. Refund is not acceptable as goods sold are not refundable. You will need to pay for second delivery or get nothing.

Cancelled Order
