Q : How long does it takes to process / deliver my order?
A : We will only process and deliver an order after payment is received. Our service is lightning fast! Orders are typically dispatched latest by the next working day (often even on the same day if payment done before 3pm)! Orders sent by PosLaju within local usually takes 1 - 2 working days to arrive.

Q : I am staying with my parents / I have children at home / I want parcel delivered to my office - Is the package discreet enough?

 No worries about our packaging - we are very discreet! There will be no mention of what the package contains or Gugutoy printed on the package. Orders are sent in plain packages that are sufficiently insulated to prevent damage during delivery as well as to prevent others from 'feeling' the contents. (Or you may pick-up your parcel within your nearest poslaju center-Only key-in your state, city, postcode, name, contact number & key in "Self Pick-up at Poslaju center" at the address box when checkout)


Q : What if I am working 24/7 and seldom stay at home / I do not want parcel delivered to office - Possible to arrange 'Self Collect' or what is the solution?

A : No worries as the postman will leave a notification card if you are not around. Once you collected it, call 1300-300-300 and provide them of your parcel tracking code, arrange for second delivery. Or you may arrange 'Self Collect' at nearest PosLaju by notify us when you make an order and provide us of your nearest PosLaju postal address if possible. Person in-charged at PosLaju will call you for the pick up during arrival of your parcel. (Or you may pick-up your parcel within your nearest poslaju center-Only key-in your state, city, postcode, name, contact number & key in "Self Pick-up at Poslaju center" at the address box when checkout)

Q : Is it safe and secure to provide my personal information on your website?
